Process Technician

The Process Technician will be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating injection molding machines
- Performing process adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Working with close tolerance and appearance critical products
Qualifications:
- 5 years' plus experience in injection molding, processing, die setting, troubleshooting and working with close tolerance; appearance critical products
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
